Military Issue Pulley with Shackle. Light weight pulley that opens so you can put rope in. 24 KN on main top of pulley and 12 KN on each side of the pulley. Very nice for atvs, outdoor use, camping, etc. New condition, Made in the USA. Manufactured by SMC. Can fit up to 1/2 inch rope
