Description
This is a .220 Swift standard barrel from a 1951 Model 70 rifle. The barrel is stainless steel.
Bluing and Metal – This barrel is in excellent condition with no significant wear or metal defects.
Bore – 9/10 – While these stainless barrels generally do not get pitted, a lot of the .220 Swift barrels show a lot of throat erosion – this one does not. There is a very little throat wear; it’s probably one of the best Swift bores we have seen.
