Due to (?L) Problem All CIP Reamers are built toproduction size +.0015 to +.002 over on finishers unless otherwise specified.
All HSS reamers have a .4375Diameter shank and 3/8″ square drive shank unless otherwise specified.Carbide reamers feature a .4375″ cylindrical shank. We can grind a squaredrive on a carbide reamer, but we do not recommend driving a carbide reamerwith square drive – the carbide tends to chip and/or shatter. Premium reamersfeature removable pilots that are held in place with a screw. Premium reamersinclude one bushing of nominal bore diameter. Tolerance for Resize(Die) Reamer is std die mfg. specifications of -0.0035 to -0.004 on body and thediameter specified on the neck – Tolerance for Rougher is -0.009, unless noted.
