The BOSS Guillotine 5.56 is a compact, lightweight 5.56 rifle suppressor built from a 17-4 H900 stainless steel 3D-printed baffle stack inside a Grade 9 titanium tube, finished in Glacier Black High Temp Cerakote. At just 12 ounces and 6 inches overall, the Guillotine delivers elite suppression performance without adding bulk to your host rifle. Its proprietary coaxially-vented Tesla-inspired baffle design routes gases through the suppressor longer than conventional straight-through or K-baffle configurations, achieving superior muzzle report reduction in a 1.5-inch diameter package. The Guillotine is full-auto rated with no barrel length restrictions. It ships with a 1/2×28 direct thread mount pre-installed, but will also accept any standard HUB 1.375×24 mounting system.

The 5.56 suppressor market is crowded at every price point, and most lightweight cans get there by cutting corners on materials or baffle complexity. The Guillotine takes a different approach. The 17-4 H900 stainless steel 3D-printed baffle stack and Grade 9 titanium tube are the same material pedigree you see on suppressors costing considerably more, and the coaxially-vented Tesla-inspired baffle geometry is a deviation from standard, outdated baffle design. It allows for longer gas dwell time inside the suppressor, which translates directly to better sound reduction, and BOSS is getting that out of a 6-inch, 12-ounce package. At that weight, the Guillotine is light enough that it will not meaningfully shift the balance of a purpose-built SBR or lightweight hunting rifle.
