LATIN FOR LIGHT
The Lux from Energetic Armament is an ultra-light precision rifle silencer designed for maximum decibel reduction, high accuracy, and low weight. At 7.6″ long, it’s still on the more compact size of full suppressors, and with a 7.7 ounce weight, it’s undoubtedly one of the lightest. The core is welded to AWS standards, DFARS compliant, from 6Al-4V titanium. Out of the box, the Lux ships with a 5/8×24 direct thread mount. The rear portion of the silencer is threaded to the same standards as all other “Bravo” compatible devices. This allows the Lux to be used with a vast variety of mounting systems. The patent-pending Serial ID ring sits behind a 7-baffle core. Should the suppressor be damaged, the majority can be replaced as long as the Serial ID ring stays intact. This allows for repairs to be quick and easy without compromising alignment or concentricity.
The internals are coated with a boron nitride process to provide fouling resistance and prevent wear. The externals are finished with DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) to give scratch and abrasion prevention to the suppressor.

The Lux does many things right. Energetic Armament most certainly has its finger on the pulse of the silencer community. The length allows for maximum suppression without being too long. It has the perfect balance between a full size and mid size silencer. It’s titanium construction allows it to be one of the lightest rifle cans on the market, leaving the competition in the dust. Besides being light and quiet, it also uses the popular “Bravo” mounting system found on their Vox S and K, the SilencerCo Omega, SilencerCo Hybrid, Dead Air Nomad 30 / Ti / L, and many other popular silencers.
