Description
The rail alignment fixture is used set the space between the top and lower rail when welding the lower bolt guide rails into a stamped receiver. Insert the rails into the receiver, secure the fixture to the rails with the screws and clamping plates provided. This will provide a parallel 4.7mm (.185″) gap between the top and lower rail. The front of the rails should make contact with the back of the trunnion. Tools Required: C-Clamp and spot welder.
