Description
7/14/22 – This is a very nice example of a DWM Luger issued to the Imperial German military in 1915. It is all matching and has the proper Imperial proofs. It has retained about 94% of its original bluing. There are areas of wear on the side plate, side rails, and around the muzzle. While there isn’t a ton of actual finish loss, there areas of spotty oxidation here and there and areas of pitting at the front edge of the right side of the frame and on the underside of the trigger guard. Freckling on both grip straps and along the barrel. Comes with matching-numbered wood grips and a mismatched magazine (two chips in the mag bottom). The rifling in the bore is a little worn with tiny pits throughout.
