Description
11/18/22 – This is a nice example of an Enfield SHT LE III* rifle manufactured by BSA and issued to the British military in 1916. The gun is almost entirely matching except for the rear sight and the front portion of the bolt. Import mark on the right side of the receiver. The stock has no visible numbering. The brass stock disc is intact. The gun has retained most of its finish with minor wear around the muzzle, front sight, rear sight blades, on the bolt handle, on the high edges of the magazine, and on the high edges in general. Areas of light brown patina here and there. There is no major damage to the wood stock, but there are noticeable dings, dents, and bruises throughout. Minty bore. Comes with a green canvas sling.
