7/7/22 – This is a matching and original DWM Artillery Luger rig from 1916.The pistol has all matching numbers, including the grips and mag.The grips are the factory original examples but the magazine was renumbered to match the pistol.The pistol has retained roughly 60% of its finish. The majority of the wear is along the barrel, but it also shows bluing wear on the muzzle, sideplate and barrel.There’s also oxidation all along the straps with minor bluing loss there, as well.The bore has strong rifling but there is a little freckling and frost in the grooves. The grips show minor smoothing of the checkering but no cracks or chips.
