Description
8/17/22 – This is an original WW1 era production leather pistol holster. Likely for a Mauser M1910 or Sauer M1913. The holster is about 6.75 inches long when closed, and about 5 inches wide at the widest point. The front leather is distributor stamped “L.Z. St. / J. Fbg.”. The interior leather has a faint maker stamp (we can’t decipher), 1917 date stamp, and a Roman Numeral stamp, as shown. The leather is all intact despite some surface wear and scuffing, along with typical use wear and pliability. There’s some loose stitches on the front leather near the toe, and there’s missing stitches on the back belt loop, but this doesn’t affect functionality.
