4/26/22 – This is an original 1941 dated Mauser holster from WW2. The holster is maker stamped and dated “jhg 41” under the closure strap. The interior leather has a faint Mauser 7,65 ink stamp as shown. This holster would be appropriate for a Mauser HSc or model 1934 pistol. The brown leather has some surface wrinkling and mild scuffing but this is typical aging and use wear. No stitching issues or major flaws.
