Description
9/29/22 – This is an excellent example of a P.38 holster from 1943 made by Karl Weiss. The holster is in great condition with crisp “cww” maker mark, “1943” date stamp, “WaA/392” proof mark, and “P 38” model designation stamp. The leather is soft and pliable, but holds its shape well and has no major issues. There are signs of use and aging wear throughout the leather. The stitching is in excellent condition throughout and appears all original. The closure strap is secure and functional.
