12/30/22 – This is an excellent example of a Springfield M1 Garand. The receiver dates to about August of 1944. Springfield barrel dated September of 1951. The stock has “P” and DOD approval stamps. The metal parts have been refurbished and have retained virtually all of their new finish. No major damage to the stock, but there are noticeable dings, bruises, and scratches throughout..
