Description
12/16/21 – This is a very nice example of an Arisaka Type 99 Rifle issued to the Japanese military during WW2. The mum stamp on the receiver is only partially visible (mostly ground off), but all of the parts are matching. This one comes with an original bayonet, scabbard, cleaning rod, and monopod. Overall, the gun is in very nice condition. There is very little actual finish loss, but there is spotty oxidation throughout, especially on the barrel bands and floor plate. There is scratchy wear around the muzzle. The stock is in nice condition with minor dings, dents, and scratches throughout. The bore is near-mint – shiny with very strong rifling.
