Description
12/6/22 – This is a nice example of a Walther PP sold in the commercial market in about 1939. It is all matching and has “Crown N” commercial proofs. It has retained about 90% of its original finish. There is minor wear around the muzzle and high edges of the slide. Some splotchy discoloration on the right side of the slide. While there isn’t a lot of actual finish loss, there is minor pitting and spotty oxidation throughout. Fitted with excellent period-correct black bakelite grips and a post-war brown finger extension magazine. Mint bore.
