12/5/22 – This is a near mint example of a very rare FN 24/30 rifle issued to the Dutch Police force after WW2. The gun is all matching and has the proper Dutch proofs. It is Crown/J marked on the receiver for Queen Juliana and specifically issued to the Amsterdam Municipal Police, one of only 200 produced for this contract order. It has retained nearly all of its original finish with just some very minor muzzle wear. Beautiful fire blue on the bolt release. The wood stock is near-mint with just a few tiny dings here and there. Comes with a nice tan leather sling and cleaning rod. The bore is factory-new.
