Description
10/27/21 – This is an original 1944 K98 bayonet with a closely numbered, but non-matching scabbard. Both the blade and the scabbard are “cof” maker stamped with a “44” date stamp. The serial number on the blade is 1545Y, and the scabbard is numbered 1561Y. So they’re very close, but non matching. Excellent finish throughout the blade and the scabbard.
