9/8/22 – This is an excellent, minty example of a canvas K98 action cover. These were used in Winter / rainy conditions so the troops could keep their rifles clean and running smoothly. This action cover fits very tight (they almost all do due to shrinking over time), but still fits nonetheless. This is the nicest example we’ve seen. Excellent, clean canvas, leather and stitching. The interior has a felt lined end to prevent from damaging the rifle finish. Maker stamped, waffen proofed, and 1941 dated on the interior.
