3/30/22 – This is a scarce, original 1900 DWM Luger with American Eagle crest over chamber.About 12,000 of these were produced in 1901 and 1902, and the American Eagle logo was applied to try and boost sales on the American commercial market.The gun is in excellent condition with about 95% of the original blue remaining.It has some patina and oxidation on the grips straps, and a small area on the barrel with a couple of dings/scratches around it.Matching numbers throughout, including the original, excellent grips.Bore has decent rifling but some visible frost and freckling through the grooves.Grips have sharp checkering with no chips or cracks.Original commercial mag with Germany export marking on the wood base.
