Description
1/25/22 – This is a very nice example of a Walther PP issued to the Finance Bureau of the Third Reich in 1935. This gun is all matching, has the proper “Crown N” proofs, and has a Reich’s Finance Bureau “RFV” marking on the front strap. It has retained roughly 92% of its original finish. There is minor, somewhat spotty wear along the high edges of the slide and around the muzzle. Areas of splotchy discoloration along the right side of the slide. There is minor thinning and spotty brown patina on both grip straps. Comes with excellent black bakelite grips and a period-correct Walther banner-only magazine. The bore is near-mint.
