Description
6/17/22 – This is a very nice example of a DWM Luger that was issued to the Weimar-era German police force. It is all matching, has a “1920” government property marking on the chamber, Weimar-era proofs on the right side of the slide, and has a “Pw.B.” unit marking on the front strap, indicating this gun was issued to the Polizeiwehr Bayern (Bavarian Police Defense Force). It has retained about 95-96% of its bluing. Very minor wear on the side plate, side rails, and around the muzzle. Areas of pin-pricking throughout, concentrated mostly around the high edges and on the grip straps. Comes with slightly worn un-numbered wood grips. The bore has decent rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout. Comes with a blank bottom WW2-era magazine.
