4/11/22 – This is a desirable Winchester model 1917 bayonet from WW1. These are desirable as they’re often paired with WW1 trench shotguns, but they can also be paired with Enfield or M1903 rifles. This example is in excellent overall condition despite the blade having some surface patina in a few spots throughout. No signs of sharpening or major issues. The hilt is in great shape and has some mild signs of aging. Comes with an excellent, all original and period correct scabbard maker stamped by Jewell and dated 1918.
