2/6/23 – This is a great example of an original Luger magazine from WW1. The nickeled tube presents surface patina mostly on the front spine and the left side of the magazine. However, the magazine is mostly clean and there are no signs of rust or pitting. The wooden magazine bottom shows some minor wear on both ears and a very minor dent on the left ear. The serial number is “5545”. There are no other markings on the magazine. The spring is strong and functional.
