11/9/22 – This is a rare Zero Series Walther P.38 with matching ribbed grips.There were only about 500 of this subvariation produced, with the military-type grooved grip panels that were numbered to the pistol.This one is all matching and original, other than the mismatched magazine.It has about 90-92% of the high-polish blue remaning, with wear along the muzzle and front edges of slide, as well as the trigger guard and front strap.The bore has strong rifling but minor frost throughout.Good mechanics, including the de-cocker.The grips are in excellent condition other than a surface scratch on the left panel.
