Surplus PCU Level 7 Extreme cold weather pants of various brands.
These were issued as part of the PCU (Protective Combat Uniform) suite to US Special Operations Forces. Level 7 is the highest cold weather rated layer in the PCU system utilizing a synthetic loft that retains it’s thermal retention properties even when wet.
Knee and butt pad show wear from normal use of an issued item in the field.
