Tasmanian Tiger Mission Pack MKII: incredibly versatile backpack
Striking about this tactical backpack is the amount of MOLLE mounting options. The front and sides are enhanced with a, laser-cut, MOLLE web. MOLLE was originally designed for soldiers, but survival, bushcraft and airsoft enthusiasts have also discovered the versatility of these systems.
The backpack has multiple different-sized compartments. The front contains three storage compartments with a zipper. The bottom compartment is enhanced with a rain cover. Even the hip straps are enhanced with two compartments. The top of the bag contains two holes for a hydration system. Great because it enables you to stay hydrated without ever having to stop moving.
The inside of the bag is divided into two large compartments. Each compartment, however, is also enhanced with the necessary storage compartments. The first compartment contains three smaller compartments, of which two can be closed with a zipper. The second, larger compartment contains two smaller compartments (of which one with a zipper), and is completely covered by a velcro MOLLE web on the back. This is great because it enables you to organize the backpack to your liking.

The Tasmanian Tiger Mission Pack MKII is enhanced with a carefully thought out carrier system. You can, for instance, adjust the bag on your shoulders, chest and hips. By properly adjusting the backpack you will carry the weight on your hips and not your back. If you do not like using the hip straps you can also remove them. Both sides contain two compression straps to make the bag more compact. The backpack is also enhanced with padding on the back and in the carrier straps. This significantly increases the comfort.
The material used for the Tasmanian Tiger Mission Pack MKII
The Tasmanian Tiger backpacks and pouches are carefully produced using only the best material: Cordura® 700 den (100% polyamide). The brand Cordura is known for its fabrics that last a lifetime and are wear and tear resistant. The number 700 represents the thickness of the fibres, expressed in denier. Cordura 700 denier combines the wear and tear resistance of the classic 1000 denier fabric with the lightness of the 500 denier fabric. The material is also water-repellent.
Of course the decent zippers are made by YKK: the world’s largest producers of zippers.
